This person knows everything about the technicality of online business, how to communicate with the channel partners, how to communicate with the customers and supervises internal team. The second person is responsible for order processing. He will take out all the packaging slips, shipping labels from individual Marketplace and match the order as per SKU. The third person will be the packing guy. He will be packing the orders as per as per the shipping label and putting them in the required polypack. This person will also communicating with the courier partner handing over the orders as per manifest and accepting the returns. In my opinion three person will be required to process 100 orders a day for office timing for around 8 hours.

The issuing bank will take some guarantee money depending upon your financial transaction. 1. Agreement between the supplier and the importer (buyer) 2. Buyer applies to the issuing bank for opening of LC. Doc – Contract, invoice, purchase order (PO) 3. Issuing bank open LC and forward it to advising bank. 4. Advising bank check the authenticity and advise the beneficiary. 5. Beneficiary assembles the document and presents the draft to the advisory bank. 6. Advisory bank check the document and forward the draft to the issuing bank. The issuing bank pay to the buyer immediately Payment at sight LC or on a later date of the (deferred Payment LC). There are around types of LC. Important points to be mentioned in LC. 1. Shipment date. 2. Currency of payment. 3. Port of loading . 4. Port of Discharge. 5. Certificate of quality 6. India Post will also launch a mobile application for android phones that will help people in real time tracking of accountable articles, post office search, postage calculator, etc through Mobile Phone. This service is a threat to logistic companies like Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpress Bees, Go Javas, Fedex, First FLight, Aramex etc. India Posts overseeing Rs 6 lakh crore in deposits, it is second only to the country's largest bank SBI. The report suggested that the government should set up a holding company under the DoP for immediate roll out of banking, insurance and e-commerce services. The holding company should have five different verticals, and three of them - banking, insurance and e-commerce -- can start working immediately. The leading e-commerce customers, Amazon, Paytm, Yepme, Snapdeal, etc are already availing the benefits of fast, reliable and safe processing of their e-commerce parcels at the newly established e-commerce Centre at Safdarjang in New Delhi.

I visited one of the shop and try to understand what type of product they are selling . this particular shop was selling China products. the items we are good which are being sold online. new varieties as per the seller was coming in every 3rd or 4th day. the items Chinese footwear are washable and durable. as the monsoon is about to enter in India this is the footwear which the people would prefer . this type of footwear are used by everyone men women children and old. one of the problem with the online seller is the vendors hesitate to give GST bill because they are unregistered but this particular vendor is making all the transaction under GST . the transportation from his location to any part of the countries will be done by courier or by land transport . the amount of land transport is around 300 to 400 rupees. that is a minimum cost . for being most economical it is required that sellers should order at least 84 sets that is around 300 pairs of footwear . the more you order the more economical it will be as far as transportation is concerned . new designs which are coming in the shop are being shared by WhatsApp so you can have a look and you can order through WhatsApp. The footwear being sold here is comparatively cheaper then Karol Bagh market there is a difference of around 15 to 20 rupees per pair . when we are working with a wholesale market this is a huge difference.
